Shipping Coverage
We currently offer delivery within Pakistan only. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a notification with your order details.
Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We offer two types of shipping services:
1. Standard Shipping
- Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
- Cost: Calculated at checkout or may be free on selected offers
2. Business Class Shipping (Priority Delivery)
- Delivery Time: 1–2 business days
- Faster processing and priority handling
- Additional charges apply (shown at checkout)
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use it to track your parcel in real time.
Delivery Conditions
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. CartHub will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to unavailability or incorrect details, the parcel may be returned. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.
Delays
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volumes.
