Return Policy (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect

Damaged or Wrong Items
Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- The wrong item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures as proof. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care products (used/opened)
- Customized or special-order items
- Sale items and discounted products
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, simply return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will be notified about approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
